Is there a friend you always dial when you have nothing to do and need to pass the time? While working your vocals, why not put in some legwork as well? Rather than curl up on a bench or put your feet up for a chat, take that time to go on a walk. It’s an easy way to clock in an hour of exercise while also catching up on some gossip!
Mother a.k.a. Delegator Of Errands
Every mom has a tendency to create a never-ending list of chores. Every child has a tendency to stay scarce whilst said mom prepares this never-ending list of chores. But why not play the perfect child, check off all the chores from this never-ending list, and lose some calories while at it? Walk to the grocery store, cycle to the laundry centre or jog over to the nearest bakery! Happy mother and healthy you!
Rather than sprawling on the couch with your next-door neighbour chomping, on popcorn and slurping an extra large aerated drink, use the couch to get a solid workout in. There are many workouts you can do by just using your couch as a bench. Try chair dips, push ups, etc from the comfort of your own home! And you and your friend can do that while catching up on the latest TV shows together!
So, you see, there’s plenty of people around you who can help you get fitter every day! But we suggest that supplementing this with some old-fashioned exercising at the gym would be a great idea.
