That\u2019s right\u2026 stretch first, scroll later!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s Week 2 of the #GetFitAugust Challenge and this week we&#8217;re going to help you get moving. After getting into the routine of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zivame.com\/blog\/v1\/week-1-the-getfitaugust-challenge-lets-get-started\/\">eating clean<\/a>, we&#8217;re now ready to get up and get going. Our Get Moving chart will help you do one Yoga Asana everyday so your body can get used to waking up early and moving. At the end of the week, you should be able to do all of them, all together!<\/p>\n<p>Start each of these stretches after a light on- the-spot jog for 5 minutes!<br \/>\nAnd, remember one easy rule of breathing: inhale when you expand your chest and raise your arms up.
