All girls go through this. Your mom went through this. Your older sister did too. So did your teacher.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As you prepare to grow into a beautiful, confident woman it can be exciting, but also scary. But don\u2019t worry! Read on to find out more about all the major milestones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Breast Development:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7001\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zivame.com\/blog\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/2download-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the changes you\u2019ll notice is how your body seems different. The limbs are elongated and you\u2019ll suddenly be shooting up in height. The area around the nipples may start feeling tender or sore with some swelling. These are called \u2018breast buds\u2019 which will slowly develop into your breasts. This is when you should start wearing a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zivame.com\/bras.html\">bra<\/a><\/span><\/span> so that you have the required support for them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also, it\u2019s important to remember that every girl is different. How large or small your breasts become depends on the physical genetic traits in your family. Complete development of breasts typically takes 2-3 years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Body Hair:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7000\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zivame.com\/blog\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/1download-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Along with the development in your body parts, you may notice a greater than normal hair growth in certain areas like the armpits and in the space between your thighs, called the pubic region. This is perfectly normal and may occur before or after your breasts start to develop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Periods\/Menstruation:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7002\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zivame.com\/blog\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/3download-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The biggest change in the lot happens when you get your first period. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A period happens because of changes in hormones in the body. Right before you get your first period, there may be some white fluid discharge in your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zivame.com\/panties.html\">panties<\/a><\/span>. This acts as an indicator that you\u2019ll soon start menstruating. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may not be sure what\u2019s normal and you may not be following a regular schedule, immediately. It will typically take a couple of years for your cycle to develop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every girl develops differently and at her own pace, so don\u2019t be discouraged.
