But it\u2019s now time for women to nurture their uniqueness, celebrate their strength & harness their power like queens.  ‘Cuz whether it’s the little joys of life or extraordinary wins, women are masterpieces who can conquer the world with confidence and own their throne. <\/span><\/p>\n

We asked the Zivame Community about an anecdote, a ritual, a practice, or an incident where she felt like a boss woman, where you own your throne and felt like a queen. Here\u2019s what they said!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kushi’s Story: From Science Graduate to Finance Maven<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Embarking on a journey from the realms of science to the dynamic world of finance was a leap of faith for me. Despite initial uncertainties, I embraced the challenge and found myself excelling in this unfamiliar route.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the past 5+ years at Zivame, under the mentorship of my seniors, I’ve undergone a remarkable learning curve. Today, as an integral part of the Finance and Audit core team, I cherish the responsibility and the opportunity.<\/span><\/p>\n

I firmly believe in this Mantra: Never stop dreaming, never stop believing, never give up, never stop trying, and never stop learning. This journey has taught me that no field is off-limits, and with determination, one can carve their path to success.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trekking isn’t just a hobby for me; it’s a passion that mirrors the challenges of my professional life. Mountains once seemed daunting, but now symbolise exhilarating journeys. They teach mindfulness, where each step brings joy and stress fades away.<\/span><\/p>\n

Applying this mindfulness to work has been transformative. Challenges become manageable, and milestones bring boundless joy. In essence, both trekking and professional endeavors remind me that the journey, marked by mindful strides, is as fulfilling as reaching the summit.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barkha\u2019s Story: From Software Engineer to Engineering Manager<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Hi, I’m Barkha, an Engineering Manager at Zivame. When I was a software engineer, I led the development of Zivame’s first Android app from inception to execution. Juggling my tasks while supporting my team through challenges was both demanding and rewarding. Delivering the project successfully and earning recognition for my leadership skills marked a turning point in my career and gave me an immense sense of pride and satisfaction. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suravi\u2019s Story: Representing India on a Global Stage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In 2017, I was selected for the Living Talent Masterpiece 2017 – an international art competition that was happening in Dubai featuring participants from 35 countries. Against remarkable talent from around the world, I proudly secured the second runner-up position, a momentous achievement representing India on the global stage. It was also my first trip abroad, so it very exhilarating. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
