Jump Rope

Jump rope is an excellent cardio exercise that gets your heart pumping and burns those extra calories. Saba says, “It helps in stronger bones and muscles, better mobility, and a strong cardiovascular system.” Plus, it’s a whole lot of fun! Body Weight Squats

No gym equipment? No problem! Bodyweight squats is one of the indoor exercises that is a fantastic way to tone your legs and glutes. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, lower your body as if sitting back into an imaginary chair, and then rise back up. Repeat this for a set of 10-15 reps, and feel the burn. “In addition to the lower body, the squat also targets your core muscles.”
Here’s a pro tip from Saba: If you do a back squat or overhead squat with weights at home, you’ll also work the muscles in your shoulders, arms, chest, and back.

Push Ups

Strengthen your upper body with push-ups. Place your hands slightly apart than shoulder-width, whilst keeping your body in a straight line, and lower yourself toward the floor. Saba says that if you want to engage your core and build a strong midsection, planks are a great way to go. Lie face-down on the floor, supporting your body on your forearms and toes. Keep your body straight and hold this position for as long as you can. “Planks are an excellent way to improve your posture and metabolism and reduce belly fat.”

Donkey Kicks

Unleash the power of your glutes with donkey kicks. Begin on all fours, and while keeping your core engaged, kick one leg back and up towards the ceiling. Because this move is performed on all fours, the shoulder and core muscles are also working to hold stability and posture through the movement.”
