For a long, LONG time, every morning I used to wake up to the same dilemma – “What should I wear today?” At the root of this seemingly irrelevant impasse, is the fact that most of my wardrobe consists of cool off-shoulder tops or bare-it-all backless dresses. TBH, I’ve always had to keep a hold on my impulsive shopping behaviour JUST because I end up in this predicament eventually!
If you’ve ever had a wardrobe full of clothes you can only wear with a shrug or jacket, you’ll understand why I’m always planning to shift to a colder country! Luckily for me though, I realized that my problem had a simple solution – new lingerie to fit the style I wanted to wear.
Buying new lingerie brought its own little complications though… I wasn’t sure which type of bra would be more suitable for my needs – a strapless wired-support bra or a sneaky-albeit-sexy transparent strap bra?
With additional support, a no-show through appeal and lacy options, the strapless bra was an obvious must-have.
On the other hand, a transparent back bra allowed me to remain in my everyday bra zone, with the only difference being the inconspicuous see-through strap.
I tried balancing all the pros and cons for a while, but it only made me realize how much I needed both types of bras.
Strapless for when I wanted the bra to stay completely hidden, and transparent straps when I needed a little more support!
So now I’ve got both strapless and transparent strap bras to match the dress or top I wish to wear! What are you waiting for? Get yours too!
