More than half the year has whizzed by. But how many of you have stuck to your fitness resolutions for the year? Don’t worry, it’s not too late to start now. ‘Cos we’ve got the #GetFitAugust Challenge for you!

To help you get started towards a healthier lifestyle, we’ll share 4 fitness challenges, one for each week of August.

From eating cleaner, working out harder to keeping your mind calmer, this #GetFitAugust Challenge is designed to help you start practicing healthier habits, one day at a time!

Week 1 is all about eating clean. They say that 70% of being fit, involves eating right. But rather than going on some kind of crash diet, we’re going to show you how you can easily swap some unhealthy foods with something delicious, filling and nutritious!

The next time you feel a craving coming on, pay attention to what your body is really asking for; just refer to the chart below and make one healthy swap every day!
