The new year is a great time to commit to a healthier lifestyle, and regular exercise has been associated with more health benefits than anything else known to man. With plans like interval training and one-minute workouts, you can get to your goal shape without slogging for long hours. So, slip into your activewear and start now!

 

Eat the good stuff!

A huge part of a healthy lifestyle includes eating healthy along with exercise. But that doesn’t mean you just stick to those green beans. For example, if you’re a tea/coffee drinker, you don’t have to cut back. In fact, some studies say caffeine helps boost metabolism by over 10%! Add in a balanced diet and lots of hydration and you can go a long way in being healthy and wealthy.

 

Get your backpacks out!

One great way to break the monotony is to travel. It could mean a fun trip with your family or a boisterous one with your friends. Or an intriguing solo trip filled with soul-searching, maybe? Did you know the Nubra Valley in Ladakh is a fusion of a desert, lush fields, and small towns? Now doesn’t that make you want to go places? So, leap out of that routine, gear up, and hit the road!

 

Wind down and read

The best way to escape the world is through imagination. And well, there isn’t anything that stokes your mind more than a good book, is there? And it’s also the easiest thing! All you’ve got to do is put on your comfy jammies, and snuggle up on the couch with a mug of coffee and the book you’ve been meaning to read for so long.
