Balconette Bras are low-cut style shaped like a sloping ‘V’. Ideal for all bust shapes, especially breasts which have lost their fullness.
It's a perfect everyday style
- The cups are lower at the front, and look like a sloping V with the shape of the top of the bra more square than rounded. - Flattering for all breast shapes, but choose your size carefully if you have larger breasts as a slightly too-small size will cause you to spill out of the top.
- If your breasts are not so full on the top, a balconette bra is perfect for you as it pushes the breasts upwards from underneath, and creates a fuller, more rounded cleavage at the top.
- Don’t confuse this bra with a half cup bra! A half cup bra will cut straight across the top third of your breasts, and will give a heaving cleavage.
Trivia:
- In 1928, Russian Immigrant, Ida Rosenthal was the first person to create cup sizes for bras, so women could choose the right size for their shape!
- Did you know, your breasts can move as much as 8 inches around when you jog? Invest in a good sports bra to prevent sagging.
